Booking & cancellation
- Cancel more than 48 hours before a departure — that leg is refunded in full.
- Cancel within 48 hours of a departure — we keep 10% of that leg and refund the rest.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before a departure, or do not show up — no refund.
By then the seat is already reserved with, and paid to, the shuttle operator on your behalf.
To cancel or change a date, email contact@wonderbridge.fr with your name and departure date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
If we cancel
If a departure cannot run — weather, road closures, or the operator calling the shuttle off — you choose: a full refund, or another departure at no extra cost.
Changes & delays
The coast road through Escuintla is busy, and departures can run late. When a shuttle is delayed we reach you on the phone number you booked with. A delayed arrival is not grounds for a refund.
Luggage
One suitcase and one carry-on per traveller. Surfboards, extra bags and anything oversized: tell us when booking, as space is confirmed with the operator.
